Can Moms Make Money From Home? Add $125 a Day to Your Household Income With This Simple Method!

Ok, what do you and me have in common? Or, let me ask you a better question. What do you, me, and 99% of ALL people have in common? I believe that we can all agree on the answer that we all want money. It’s hard to say what is the easiest way to make money online, but it can’t get much better than this….

A common misconception of many people is that nowadays the internet is too competitive and that a newcomer cannot expect to succeed running against the big dogs or more seasoned internet business owners. Unlike radio and TV advertising, the Internet allows them to know exactly who is viewing their message.

Because the Internet is such an effective method of advertising, these companies spend millions of dollars just on their online marketing efforts. You might think “ok right, but I will bet that you had some previous background, or you simply got lucky and found a niche with low competition”, and I would respond to you “none of the above”.

I’m being perfectly honest when I say that the absolute, rock bottom, no holds barred easiest way to make money off of the internet is through something called, “Affiliate Marketing”. Affiliate marketing is VERY simple to understand, VERY cheap to start going, and the best part is that the results are instant! I’m going to be perfectly honest again when I say that although making money through affiliate marketing is easy, that doesn’t mean that it work require a little bit of work.

Realistically you can expect to make about $100/week if only put in 1-2 hours per day. However some people (the smart ones) see the potential and put in about 10-12 hours per day and they can make upwards of $50,000 per month. NO, I am not exaggerating one bit here. Every time someone clicks that link to visit their website, you get paid a commission. It’s great for the everyday person, but cheap advertising for these companies.

What you do is use these free sites like Twitter, which has millions of people following people’s “tweets,” and every time someone clicks the link, you make money. I devoted many hours of my time trying to figure out how things worked in this business, an effort that helped me a lot, but it was only until I got the edge of having access to quality educational tools and resources that things started turning around.

GUIDE TO HAVING A GREEN HOME BUILDING

Posted on June 30th, 2009

During this time of rising energy costs, global warming that is a result of our over-excessive use of fossil fuels and toxic substances that saps the strength from our planet, a move towards the usage of more environmentally friendly sources of energy like geothermal, wind and solar energies have been renewed. In response to that, home designers are now using a naturalistic method in home design that includes and contains the above mentioned alternative energy sources, and contribute to developing harmony in the environment.

These kinds of buildings are known as Green Home Buildings.

Green Home Building is the design which stems from the natural outcome of a focus on the reduction of usage of fossil based energy sources, indirectly or directly, while on the other hand elevating and increasing the efficiency of renewable alternative energy resource use (example: water, solar and wind energies). This in turn reduces the green building’s impact on human health and the environment, achievable by the use of natural materials, site designing, and proper integration into the natural environment.

But the question we have all been asking is how can I go green, or participate in green home building if I live in a condominium in the middle of New York City, with no house of my own, and no possibility of redesigning my home?

But an answer exists. Every little helps. Going green or designing a green home building is not an arduous task but can be done by any number of methods which can include anything from where and how you build your home, to the materials employed in the construction and furnishing of that home, to the energy efficient appliances used, down to the individualized methods employed for cutting and reducing energy waste.

You can be on your way to having a green home building simply even by choosing a sustainable bamboo floor instead or Oak or Mahogany, or seats made from recycled materials instead of cow or elephant leather.

Green home building s with solar panels, a composting toilet and solar water heaters and energy conserving appliances might be your legacy for building an efficient and sustainable planet.

Be as Green as You want to be

In the US, the average household spends approximately $1400 a year on energy and energy related bills. A green home building, on the other hand, uses 30% less electricity, 25% less natural gas, and 38% less total energy. With the recent absurd rises in electricity and energy bills, the green home building can lower your energy and electricity bills, potentially increasing your home’s resale value, and putting extra savings from electricity in your pockets.

TIPS FOR GREEN HOME BUILDING

Transforming your home into an energy efficient home doesn’t need to bankrupt you. You could:

· Maximize open spaces on your land.

Develop new buildings that incorporate parts of an existing or pre-existing older building like walls, roofs and floors.

· Fix renewable alternative energy sources like a wind generator, or solar panels ( Click here to see how you can do this for less than $ 200).

· Reduce energy use with Insulation and a high efficient furnace and appliances

· Build storage for recycling your waste materials

· Buy products made of recyclable materials

· Replace incandescent bulbs in your home with energy saving bulbs. They use up to 90% less electricity, and last longer.

Install a home control timer on your lighting and heating, ventilation and cooling systems. Program your home to turn off lights and systems while sleeping, saving you hundreds of dollars.

The intertwined concepts of renewable alternative energy sources and sustainability are integral to green home building.

Effective green building can lead to reduced operating costs by increasing productivity and using less energy and water, improved public and occupant health due to improved indoor air quality, and reduced environmental impacts by lessening the effects of global warming.

Enjoy your newly redesigned and environmentally friendly home.

Photovoltaic Energy incentives in Europe

Posted on June 30th, 2009

The Feed-in Tariff (FIT) is an bonus made to recompense the production of renewable energy both by households and investors. Power companies are mandated to purchase back, at rates higher than the market, power produced from renewable sources; such as wind, thermal solar, photovoltaic solar, biomass, hydro and geothermal. This tariff is also named Feed-in Law, Solar Premium, Renewable Tariff or Renewable Energy Payments. FIT helps make the production of renewable energy economically viable. Usually governments assure the tariff for up to 15, 20 or even 25 years from the date of the installation.

The increase of sources of renewable energy is judged crucial to stopping climate change. Production of energy from renewable sources keep beeing more expensive than the cost of producing energy from fossil fuels. FIT tries to counteract this difference, thus making more attractive renewable energy installations, by requiring the power grid to buy back and redistribute the energy made by renewable installations. The difference in cost is spread over all of the customers of the power grid. FIT requires net metering regulation to account for power purchased from the grid and energy sold to the grid.

FIT is considered more effective than quotas imposed to power companies, because it leverages the morals of people. What follows is a simplified synopsis of FIT policies by some European countries.

What is going to happen to the animals and people in Africa when the global climate continues to shift

Posted on June 30th, 2009

Africa is the place of complete open space, the place where animals and plants run wild and free, but is it always going to be like this…

The world is changing, and more importantly the environment is changing. The overall reaction on temperature rise in a hot place like Africa could be devastating to the country. We wont be able to accurately predict how much the environment will change in the distant future, but we do know that action is required to make good changes happen.

The temperature all over the world is rising every year, places like Africa won’t be able to support a decent amount of life in around one hundred years. The whole world is saying, we need to do something to help the environment, but when we say these things do we convince ourselves that we will put actions into practice. The Goverments of the world are seen as the bodies that are supposed to be dealing with the change in the environment, the simple truth is that we as the human race need to act on it.

So what is the best immediate option? You should try to get your next holiday booked for Africa. The Safari holidays give you amazing insight into what Africa is all about, and the chance to see these animals in the wild will allow you to experience something that millions of others never will. We can all go down to the zoo and see a lion, but it doesn’t have the same impact as if you saw one in their natural environment.

These animals are also endangered by poachers; people think that because they are in reserves or national parks that they are now safe and the poaching has stopped. This is not the case, they are still being killed, although not in the numbers it was, it is still happening.

So consider Kenya holidays in the Masai Mara reserve, or Zambia holidays and visit this glowing location while you can.

Looking For Land To Start Your New House Design Project

Posted on June 29th, 2009

If you are kicking off your home construction effort by looking for the perfect land to build a dwelling on, the first thing I suggest is to not rush into it. There are great properties available everywhere, and nowadays it’s a buyer’s market. If you want the best property, you should either be ready to pay top dollar or wait for the right thing to come along cheap. I suggest the cheap approach when looking for land to buy.

In my humble opinion, the first step in finding bargain real estate is to find a realtor that is trustworthy. If you don’t know one, try querying some other professionals around you for tips. People, like lawyers and financial advisers, that you already have an ongoing relationship with may be the first person to ask. They should have realtors that they work with, and your lawyer or financial guy won’t want to suggest someone incompetent because it will reflect poorly on themselves.

Discuss with the realtor your ideal property and your spending limit. Usually, they can even set up some automatic scripts that will send you mail when new properties come available. Depending on the area and the size of their company, a realtor may even be able to get you info about land before it makes it to the MLS.

Yeah, you can look for land on your own, and I suggest that you definitely do this. MLS listings are great, and just about every realtor website has searchable MLS listings. Use them often, because even if you’re not finding exactly what you like, you will be training yourself and learning exactlly what you definitely do not like.

There are some places you might not think to look to find real estate for purchase. Check CraigsList.org for the FSBO ads. Sometimes you can find a great deal there. Interestingly enough, you can find land auctions on eBay, too. On the topic of land auctions, there are websites out there that specialize in land auctions. The are often specific to a geographical region, so search for land auctions in your region. Sometimes these auctioneers also list their postings on Craigslist and eBay, and that’s a way you can find your nearby sellers.

Come up with some sort of routine for checking back with these resources (realtor, ad websites, auction sites, etc.) every so often. There are plenty of other things you will want to educate yourself about along the way, so while you’re waiting for your dream property to build your own home on, start learning how to build house. Once the perfect parcel of land to buy is available to you, you can get to work on figuring out how you will build your dream house.
